Sébastien Borget, co-founder and COO of the popular metaverse The Sandbox, spoke with Cointelegraph Turkey at Istanbul Blockchain Week (IBW) on November 14-17.
Participating in the event as part of the “NFT Day”, Borget first gave a speech in which he introduced The Sandbox and answered questions.
Later, Borget answered our questions as a guest at Cointelegraph Turkey. Borget, who did not comment negatively on the decline in activity in both the metaverse and the NFT area with the bear market, said, “The Metaverse was not a passing fad. We are just getting started.”
Sandbox co-founder also talked about the exciting plans of the project for Turkey. Talking about the “Turkishverse” project announced in the past months, Borget said that the first partnerships for this project have started to be established.
